How much does data-centre land cost in Malaysia?
Six published data-centre land deals from June 2024 to September 2026 work out to about RM105–150 per sq ft. The lowest was Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan (about RM105 psf, September 2026). The highest was Nusa Cemerlang, Johor Bahru (about RM150 psf, December 2024). The four Johor deals ran about RM115–150 psf.
